Overview: We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team of postpartum doulas in multiple locations. As a Postpartum Doula, you will provide emotional, physical, and informational support to parents after childbirth. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a positive postpartum experience for our clients

Locations:

• Raleigh, NC
• Columbia, SC
• Central New Jersey

Duties:

• Care for newborn baby while parents rest and recover
• Assist in mother-baby bonding, infant soothing, and basic newborn care
• Light housework
• Support the family emotionally and physically during postpartum
• Provide feeding support and assistance with newborn care after delivery

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Postpartum Doula or nanny is preferred but not required
• Strong patient service skills with the ability to provide compassionate care
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with mothers, partners, and babies
• Ability to assess the needs of mothers and provide appropriate support
• Empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others during this transformative time in their lives

*Before starting you must complete an online or in-person postpartum Doula training*

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay NC/SC: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Pay New Jersey: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
