Alyssa, a wife and mother of three, is kept very busy by her family. Caring for children has been a lifelong passion for her; she has always wanted a career that involves caring for others, especially infants. Alyssa has a profound interest in all aspects of pregnancy, labor, postpartum, and infant care.
With a total of about 8 years of experience, Alyssa has worked in child care centers and as a nanny. She has also served as a birth doula at a local hospital. In her leisure time, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her family, reading, going to the beach or mountains, and watching her children participate in the sports they love. Alyssa is thrilled about her new journey as a postpartum doula and is eager to serve new families. -
Liz M.
Liz, a military spouse and mother of a precious 2-year-old, holds a BS degree in kinesiology and is a certified personal trainer. She brings a unique perspective to supporting new parents during the crucial postpartum period.
Her passion for newborns drives her to provide compassionate and knowledgeable care, helping families navigate the physical and emotional challenges that come with welcoming a new baby. With a focus on holistic well-being, Liz strives to empower parents with evidence-based information and practical support to ensure a smooth transition into parenthood.
She is dedicated to creating a nurturing and safe environment for both parents and their precious little ones. -
Maddie M.
Maddie is a Newborn Hearing Screen Technician with over 6 years of experience as a nanny. She developed a passion for working with families adjusting to special accommodations in her teenage years when her brother was born with a cleft lip and pallet, and has gone on to care for infants and children with special needs and helmet therapy with the utmost patience and compassion.
Growing up as a military child she describes herself as easily adaptable and empathetic to the trials and tribulations of change. She finds this field fulfilling by establishing family-focused bonds and playing a crucial support role in the growth of families.
In her leisure time, Maddie enjoys CrossFit, gardening, all things horses, and visiting with family. -
Symon'e J. BPH, CHD
With the spirit and heart to serve, Symon’e originates from training rooted in mother/caregiver-baby support, parent education, and family advocacy, with a focus in the 0-3 space.
She holds trainings and certifications in the specialities of Holistic Doula Care, Placenta Encapsulation, Community Breastfeeding Support, etc.
Joy in her work is found in diminishing disparities among birthing individuals alike, with the thought of leaving each person in a better state than which they met.
